Thank you for shopping with Emily Hancock Art. We are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.


1. Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we offer returns under the following conditions:

Original Artwork & Limited Edition Prints

  • All sales are final. Returns or exchanges are not accepted unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

  • If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the damage and the packaging.

  • Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement if possible or offer a full refund.

Open Edition Prints & Homeware

  • If you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be returned unused, in their original condition and packaging.

  • The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.


2. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom commissions

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable digital products


4. Exchanges
