Creative art sessions for young artists aged 8-14
Limited to 15 Artists
A Morning of Creativity, Fun and Freedom
Does your child love drawing, painting, or simply making things?
The Sketchbook Club is a welcoming space where young artists can explore their creativity, try new techniques, and discover their own unique style without worrying about getting it "right."
For three hours, they'll be surrounded by art materials, creative projects, and other children who love making things too. No screens. No pressure. Just the freedom to create, experiment, and have fun.
You drop them off. They make art. Everyone's happy.
Is The Sketchbook Club Right for My Child?
Yes, if your child:
- Loves drawing, painting, or making things
- Enjoys trying new creative projects
- Would thrive in a relaxed, supportive environment
- Needs something fun and screen-free during the holidays
This isn't a class where everyone copies the same picture. It's a space where every child is encouraged to explore their own ideas and creativity.
What Happens Each Tuesday

| 9:30am | Arrive, settle in, meet fellow young artists |
| 9:45am – 10:45am | Guided creative project — drawing, painting, collage, or mixed media |
| 10:45am | Snack and refreshment break |
| 11:00am – 12:30pm | Free creative time — work on their own ideas with support from Emily |
| 12:30pm | Parents Collection Time |
Children will explore a mixture of: drawing, painting, collage, mark-making, colour mixing, and mixed media — all within their sketchbook or on paper.
Emily moves around the studio offering encouragement, helping with techniques, and making sure every child feels supported.

Please dress your child in clothes that can get messy. Art has a way of finding its way onto sleeves and jumpers!
Some shared materials will be available, but children are encouraged to bring their own supplies to use and take home.
